Low Student-Teacher Ratio

Glocal Preschool limits the number of children to maintain below 10:1 student-teacher ratio. Low student-teacher ratio helps to control the quality of the teaching as well as fairness to all children. In this way all children get equal amount of attention from the teacher.

Safety First

Nothing matters more than our children's safety at Glocal Preschool.

After school, your children will be escorted to the verified parents/guardians only. If there is any change we will need to be notified with full name, identification number and car plate number.

Health screening. We monitor your children's body temperature at least 3 times a day. Any sick child will be separated or sent home as soon as possible. We make sure your children eat well and stay hydrated throughout the day.

High standard of hygiene. We disinfect all furniture and classrooms on a daily basis. Toys, books and other equipment too are cleaned and sanitised frequently. In addition, we have child-sized toilet bowl and sink, multiple hand wash stations, individual use sleeping mats, personal stationary, etc.

CCTV monitoring devices are available for any reported incidents related investigation.

COVID prevention measures and procedures are followed and our school shall intervene when high risks observed.

Partnership with Parents

We aim to enhance a trust relationship between parents and teachers. We believe when parents and teachers work closely together to help a child achieve his or her childhood milestones, all three including the child will feel more valued, respected and confident. Regular phone calls, face-to-face meeting, texting or picture sharing are conducted frequently in order to keep our parents informed with their children's progress.

Through active participation, parents become more comfortable with educators and caregivers. When parents feel confident and supported, they worry less and experience better health and mental wellbeing.

Future Ready Preschool

We are globally aware of what's happening and always act accordingly in our local community. Traditional teaching has very good value in it, however, we are not only valuing the past, but looking towards the future, to prepare our children with future skills such as creating, collaborating, communicating, connecting, and critical thinking skills.
